Advance payment will be calculated on the number of vehicles expected plus the handling fee. Property will not be officially reserved until payment is received. Advance payment must be made no later than 5 business days prior to event date. Cancellation of all requests must be made 48 hours in advance for potential refund. Failure to cancel 48 hours in advance will result in 100% forfeiture of advance payment. Each individual parker must possess a parking pass to present to the Cashier in lieu of payment (if host is paying) or to receive special rate (if guest is paying). The parking pass requires advance approval by St. Louis Parking Company prior to distribution to guests 72 hours before event on approval on same period. The parking pass requires a minimum of the following information: Name of Event / Group Date(s) of Event Parking Location Rate Amount (if guest is paying) "Present to Cashier in lieu of payment" (if host is paying) OR "Present to Cashier for discounted rate" (if guest is paying) An event logo (if available) Please see the following link for parking pass examples.
